1 . Shipping Policy

Dispatch & transit time – Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive within 5 working days.

Fulfilment partner – All orders are processed and shipped by Vitamin Planet (authorised nutrition partner).

Serviceable pin codes – We ship pan-India through leading logistics partners.

Shipping fee – Free on orders above ₹ 499. Orders below ₹ 499 attract the carrier charge displayed at checkout.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) –

Available at select pin codes. A flat ₹ 69 COD fee applies.

COD is not offered on orders worth ₹ 5,000 or more.

Order limits – Minimum 1 unit; maximum 3 units of any SKU per order.

Taxes – Product prices are inclusive of all applicable GST.

Express delivery – Where offered, the charge is shown before payment and varies by location.

Change of address – Allowed only before the order is packed.

Delayed delivery – If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email customercare@jymsupplementscience.in with your order number.
2 . Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed for dispatch.

Once packed, an order can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after you receive it (see Return Policy).

Repeated cancellations may result in a customer being excluded from COD service.
3 . Return & Exchange Policy (10-Day Window)
We want you to love every JYM product, but if something isn’t right you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

| Minimum content | The container must be at least 70 % full when received at our warehouse |
| Non-returnable items | Discontinued, clearance-sale or short-dated items are final sale |
How to raise a return / exchange

Log in to My Account › My Orders and click Request Return/Exchange within 10 days.

Once approved, send the item to:

Return shipping – The customer bears the courier cost.

After inspection, we will:

Exchange – dispatch a replacement within 3 working days or
-
Refund – initiate a refund to the original payment method (pre-paid orders only). COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Note: Returns are accepted only within the 10-day window under the conditions above.
